Apparently, Dethtron is out this week, but Lauby from 3++ is the new black is filling in for him with a great article on brush care. I have to say, I totally agree. I use Windsor Newton brushes and if they are taken care of, they last for huge amounts of time and do amazing work. My painting level increased sharply just by changing from a crappy brush to a WN brush. So, take a look at Lauby's article at 3++ is the new black.

Just a quick correction. Lauby, in addition to being co-owner of the HoP with myself, also owns and operates Laubersheimer Industries, not 3++.
