Hiatus and the new FAQs

Well, it's been awhile since I posted anything, but I was asked to play a game of toy soldiers this past weekend with a friend who is getting back into it after a long time.  Since I haven't played a game in months, I took him up and we had a great time.  In getting back into the scene and reading the forums, I noticed that GW posted FAQs to update and universalize some of the rules across the marine codexes.  So, this got me thinking about my good old Black Templars.  With cyclone missile launchers that actual shoot twice and the ability to take two in a 5 man squad, I thought the idea of a death wing style army would be most excellent.  So, here is what I thought about:

Castellan- power sword, combi-melta, terminator armor
              - 4 sword brethren command squad terminators- 2x cyclone missile launchers, tank hunters

Emperor's Champ- Accept any challenge, no matter the odds

5 sword brethren terminators- 2x cyclone missile launchers, tank hunters

Crusader Squad- 6 Initiates, 1 neophyte, missile launcher, flamer
Crusader Squad- 6 Initiates, 1 neophyte, missile launcher, flamer
Crusader Squad- 6 Initiates, 1 neophyte, missile launcher, flamer

What does this list offer?
Missiles.  It has lots of missiles.  It can shoot 20 S9 missiles and 3 S8 missiles a turn.  The terminators will be fairly resilient against most lighter fire while the real goal is to protect the cyclones.  I have an effective range of 48" across the army meaning that I can handle most armies at range while they close and when they are in range, they will hopefully torn up and bloodied as they try to come to grips with 25 terminators.

What does it lack?
Bodies and mobility.  I don't have a lot of marines in this build and I don't have a very effective way to cross the board.  The way to mitigate this is to hold my own objectives while teleporting in terminators to contest my opponent's objectives.  Luckily I have 5 units I can do that with if need be.

To wrap it up, I totally understand this is a gimick army, but it sounds like a fun time and a different way to play my beloved black templars.  What do you think internet listeners/readers?  Would it work out?
