What's this?

What could this be? 

I intentionally blacked out this particular model.  He is going to be my next giveaway project.  I am kind of excited.  This will be my first non-daemon xenos model to paint for 40k.  And that is my first clue as to what it is.  I am sure from the silhouette you can guess what it might be, but I want to throw out a challenge.  Tell me race, unit, and equipment (basic).  Post a comment with your guesses.  I will post more about the contest in the near future.
